The Move

I have finally moved into Southern California and am settling in slowly. "Shifting Gears' has been given the once over and now it's time for me to make the correction that were pointed out. Kathy, my lovely and talented editor, enjoyed the continuation of the story very much, and it even cut into her sleep! That made me pretty happy.
What I believe is the third book in the series, 'When the Shift Hits the Fan', is nearly complete. I think it will be done in two or three months. Now, I really need to get my Kickstarter campaign up and running so I can get 'Shifting Gears' published.

These last many months have been very difficult. I've gone through a brutal heartbreak, and it's been hard to write about love and overcoming adversity when my own heart aches with such betrayal and cruel treatment. Of course, it will give me great fodder for a villainous ex in another story. Best part? I can pull from real life. Writing from experiences can lend richness and texture to a story. And, I'm gonna get riched and textured!
